Christopher da Cunha

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Chris da Cunha joined iHance in April 2006. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as key relationships with customers and partners.

Chris brings a wealth of experience, energy and creativity to iHance with more than 18 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting and operations. As a result, Chris has developed a broad and deep understanding of multiple industry sectors including the technology, healthcare and financial services industries. Prior to joining iHance Chris was a Managing Director and senior member of the management team at E*Offering, the startup online investment bank that was acquired by SoundView Technology Group. Chris initiated and built several investment banking franchises that were major revenue contributors to both E*Offering and SoundView. Previously, Chris was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group at Bear Stearns & Co., where he led the Healthcare IT, Computer Services and IT Consulting Groups. Prior to this, Chris played a key role in building the west coast investment banking operations at Punk, Ziegel & Knoell and Alex. Brown & Sons. Chris began his career at Hutcheson & Company, a technology focused management consulting company. Chris received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from M.I.T and an M.B.A degree from Stanford University.

Anders Knox

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, CO-FOUNDER

Anders Knox co-founded iHance in 1999 and has served as President since that time. Anders brings an enormous amount of technical and management experience to the team and is responsible for guiding the vision and direction of iHance.

Prior to iHance, Anders was an early employee at the leading web behavioral analysis company Personify, a San Francisco-based enterprise software company. As the original member of the Personify Professional Services team, he managed the largest and most technically challenging clients and later drove the European expansion of Personify by building relationships with key consulting groups, researching legal and political environments and building out revenue and budget projections. Anders also took on projects in Technical Business Development and Product Strategy leading product integration and necessary product enhancement. Prior to Personify, Anders worked in the North American Investment Banking Division of Union Bank of Switzerland. Anders received a BS degree in Business Administration from Chico State University.

John Hart

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER,CO-FOUNDER

John Hart co-founded iHance in 1999 and has served as Chief Technical Officer since that time. John brings to iHance years of technical, development and product management experience and is responsible for the technical direction of iHance, product operations, and oversees iHance’s development efforts.

Prior to iHance, John was the Chief Architect at Personify. As the first Personify employee, John helped create one of the industry’s most innovative enterprise software companies, credited with pioneering the personalization and web-analysis market. Personify’s award-winning software counts among its users the New York Times, Continental Airlines, and Gap. As Chief Architect, John designed and implemented much of Personify’s highly performant web-scale analytics engine. John received a BS degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.
